Meditation from recognition of my existence

Meditaion is important to clean our soul and also body.
But we always think, meditaion needs traing. It's hard
Yes, it's right, but beginning is not difficult!
And traing is not the all things.
I try to do many things to mediatate easily whever and wherever I want.
So I wanna share this with you : )
1) Most important thing is 'Recognition 'I'm existed right now'
:It's simple fact, if we senor 'I EXIST NOW' we can sensor many kinds of symptoms and ,,,
2) And just focus your senses sensing various things around you, and then your sensing will be spread whole world.
:This kind of sensing will make you amplify 'you are here now' and make your worries and thoughts go away
and you will feel just the present. Not the past, not the future.
and then you will not be conscious of yourself. You will be conscious of the world.
3) Breathe like infinity shape through the brain and stomach
: Do you know the shape of 'infinity'? It looks like 8, I mean '∞'
When you inhale, feel like the air that you inhaled through nose pass your brain and then go to your stomach
and then the air will come out of your body when you exhale.
It makes you feel 'the flow of invisible energy'
